A. We run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services are based only upon appointment.
Q. What is the fastest way to contact you?
A. The best way is by phone, if sending an email, please allow at least 10 hours for response.
Q. Are your rates based on number of people or per car?
A. Our rates are set flat per car.
Q. What if I am unable to show for my reservation?
A. If you have a "no show" and you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation, you will still be charged full price.
Q. How will you pick me up from the SeaTac airport?
A. We monitor your flight and are waiting at the airport for your arival and baggage pick up. After you claim your baggage, give us a call and we will pick you up right outside the baggage claim area at your destination airline door number.
